The Bel Canto e.One DAC2.8 Control Pre-amp and DAC combines high-resolution digital conversion, precision volume control and flexible source connectivity in Bel Canto's compact e.One platform. Its HDR Core architecture integrates ultra-low-noise master clocks, advanced asynchronous digital interfaces and a dual-differential 24-bit/192kHz DAC section to reduce jitter and preserve musical detail from computers, CD transports, streamers and other digital sources.
The DAC2.8 also functions as a complete control preamplifier, allowing its variable balanced XLR or RCA outputs to connect directly to a compatible power amplifier or active loudspeaker system. AES/EBU, coaxial, optical and asynchronous USB digital inputs are joined by a stereo analog input, while a dedicated high-current headphone amplifier provides up to 300mA of output current for high-quality personal listening.
